Hard Boiled Egg Cooker

Have you ever seen people share something and just wonder if it's absolutely necessary? Well, if you eat hard boiled eggs frequently then this product is absolutely necessary! The Dash Egg Cooker makes perfect hard boiled eggs every time! Now, I only do 6 eggs at a time. But I have done 12 a few times with no problems.

Shortbread Cookies

I'm cleaning up my google photos. So many food puctures that need deleted. If its something I made I'm going to up load the pictures here for memories sake! 

Made these shortbread cookies January of 2022.

Applesauce Muffins

 

Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup sugar or maple syrup or honey
1/4 cup oil (olive oil, avocado oil, or melted coconut oil)

1/4 cup milk

2 eggs

1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour (you can also use white wheat flour) 
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cloves

Topping: 

1 tablespoon melted butter

3 tablespoons sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Prepare a muffin pan with muffin liners or oil spray
- In a bowl, combine ingredients and stir until combined
- Spoon batter into prepared muffin pan
- Bake for 15-20 mins (if mini muffins 11 to 13 mins) 
- Allow to cool in muffin pan for a few minutes and then remove muffins to a cooling rack

- While muffins are cooling melt your butter and mix your sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl 

- Once cool to the touch brush the tops of the muffins with butter and dip them in the cinnamon sugar mixture
